Consillia has developed a range of push recording trolleys that
are designed and manufactured for the specific
measurement of various track parameters, including
gauge, cross level, twist over a preset base and Rail
Top.
These units are lightweight, yet rugged and
self-contained requiring minimum setup before recording
can commence. All models produce analogue traces on the
integral 100mm thermal recorder to a selected distance
base with simultaneous recording to a PC Memory card for
post process analysis.
The SG Series also includes the measurement of
Flangeway Gap (both rails) for also recording the
clearance between left hand rail and switch blade or
check rail and clearance between right hand rail and
switch blade or check rail.
