For the measurement of a long distance of track,
Consillia has developed the VTRT, a self propelled track
recording trolley. It is designed to measure a wide range of
physical track parameters. The system comprises a
measuring frame onto which all of the transducers are
attached together with the battery propelled propulsion unit.
Standard Measurements:
- Gauge, Crosslevel, Twist, Rail Top
(both rails), Versine over 3m chord (both rails)
- Records up to 8 Kph
